Fifth Coast Hazy IPA

The brave (and some might say crazy) souls who surf the winter storms on the Great Lakes have taken to calling this vast coastline the 5th coast of this continent. It seemed only fitting that a Brewery on the shores of Georgian Bay called their version of a hazy new world IPA by the same name. 

5th Coast IPA is a modern IPA that pulls brewing influence from all over the continent to brew a juicy and hazy IPA we are proud to call our own. Building on an east meets west malt backbone of pale malt, oats, wheat and just a touch of caramel as a nod to the IPA gods, traditional and modern hopping techniques were used to bring the most out of a heavy handed blend of Citra, Mosaic, El Dorado, Idaho 7 hops (and a couple other trade secrets) to deliver lush stone fruit and citrus aromas and flavours without too much bitterness.
